The Complete Belgian Egg-Free Waffle Mix

 Ingredients:

Wheat flour, Sugar, Raising agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, Tapioca starch, Salt, Vegetable fat (palm), Barley malt, Pea protein, Flavourings, Emulsifier: mono-and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono - and diglycerides of fatty acids. Contains: Cereals containing gluten. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, milk, soybeans and products thereof.

 Preparation instructions:

2.3 kg waffle mix, 2.5 L water, 250g whirl (9 fld oz) Optional, 1-4 eggs can be added if required depending on taste preference.

1. Add 2.5 L of water to a large mixing bowl (optional, add 1-4 eggs if a richer finish is preferred).

2. Gradually add 1 bag of the waffle mix and hand whisk.

3. Finally, add melted butter or Whirl and whisk to a smooth paste.

4. Let batter stand for 15 minutes before use.

DO NOT use any oil or butter products on Waffle Irons and Plates!
