The Premium Complete Crepe Mix

Ingredients
Wheat flour, Vegetable fat (palm), Sugar, Whey
powder, Whole egg powder, Salt, Flavourings,
Stabilizer: cellulose gum, Colouring: beta-carotene.
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soybeans
and products thereof.
Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place (10-27oC).
Keep the packaging well closed after each use.

Preparation instructions:
1 kg crepe mix, 1.4 - 1.5 L water
Optional, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
to sweeten.
1. Add 1.4 - 1.5 L of water to a large mixing bowl.
2. Gradually add 1kg of Crepe Mix and whisk.
3. Let mix stand for 15 minutes before use.
